INTRODUCTION 

These terms and conditions (” Terms”,” Agreement”) are an agreement between RYJC AB, with Swedish company registration number 559194-1884 (” RYJC AB”,” us”,” we” or” our”) and you (” User”,” customer”,” consumer”” you” or” your”). This agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.prestashop-625068-2030117.cloudwaysapps.com website and any of its products and/or services (” Website”,” Products” or” Services”). By continuing to browse this website you agree to our terms and conditions, the same applies when you place an order. 

REYIAN® and RY® (Logo) are registered trademarks owned by RYJC AB.   

CONFIRMATION 

Once your order has been received, we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase, which serves as a guarantee of proof of your purchase. In order to contact us about your purchase, it is important that you save this mail.    

PAYMENT 

You can pay your order either by credit or debit cards. RYJC AB does not store any credit card numbers.  Banking services and transactions are managed by Klarna Bank AB (Swedish company registration number 556737-0431, klarna.com). You can also pay with PayPal. If you live in Sweden payments by Swish is also possible.

As mentioned above, Klarna handles our transactions, which can be done with Visa, American Express or Mastercard. All transactions are securely encrypted, that means that card details are sent directly to the bank under secure encryption, only your bank can access this information.  No extra fees for card payments are charged from our end, however you bank can add extra charges.  If you pay with credit or debit card, both our and your cards conditions will apply. If the payment fails after you submitted you order, we will automatically cancel your order. 

TAXES   

Prices shown on the website, are including Swedish VAT (Value-added tax). For orders whose destination is outside the EU, VAT will be removed during checkout. These orders may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes once your package reach its destination. The customer is responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. This amount varies from country to country, therefore RYJC AB has no control over them nor can predict the amount.   We kindly recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.   

PROMOTIONAL CODES   

If you have a promotional code, you must use it during checkout. We do not accept promotional codes after the purchase is completed.    

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION   

We reserve all rights to adjust prices, which can involve additional costs, change product information, such as product pictures, texts and/or offers, without notice. The product images and information texts on this website and in our pamphlets are reflected to describe the product, however errors may occur. Depending on your devices color settings, the color of the picture can change from device to device. Therefor all pictures should be seen as illustrations only.    Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.   

DELIVERY    

We ship worldwide. 

Deliveries are made with DHL and UPS primarily, with subject to change.      

DELIVERY TIME 

Normally we will send your order within 2 business days, however during holidays and in high season, the timeline can be extended. Depending on your geographical location, the delivering will be between 3-15 business days.  If the product you've ordered is out of stock or you're requesting a delivery to a remote location, delivery times may vary. 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS  

If you want to cancel your order or return your delivered products, you must contact us via e-mail, support@reyain.com.     Canceling an order that has not been sent is possible, however please be aware that it might already be packed and waiting for carrier, in that case we cannot cancel the order. You must wait until your order has been delivered to you, and then send it in return, see our return policy.   

RETURN POLICY  

You have the possibility to return your purchase within 14 days from receiving it. Send an e-mail to support@reyian.com. In order to use our return policy, the product cannot be used, it must be in its original package, in other words the products must be returned in the same condition that you received them in.  If you use our return policy, you are responsible for the products until they are in our care again. Return shipping is paid by the customer.    Orders that have not been picked up in time by customer from pickup center, postal office etc. will be billed return shipping plus administrative costs of 30 €.  

WARRANTY 

Your REYIAN® product(s) are warranted by us.  All implied warranties listed below are limited to 24 months from the date of purchase.  Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. Furthermore, product warranty is only valid in the ownership of original owner, no second-hand or traded products whatsoever will have any warranty. If you need to use the warranty, please contact us via e-mail at support@reyian.com. Subject the e-mail” Warranty” and specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Return shipping is paid by consumer and if the warranty is valid, we will refund you. We will return your product, if we cannot find any defects described and charge you for shipping.    Note that the costumer is responsible for costs of the repair/replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term.  

Failure or damage caused by the following:

Water, fire or any form of natural disaster. 

Esthetical changes caused by normal wear and tear and aging. 

Unable to submit copy of receipt (order confirmation email with complete information). 

Improper use or carelessness (dents, broken crystal etc.). 

Battery replacements.       

If it is judged that some part(s) needs to be replaced and the original part(s) is not available, we reserve the right to replace the part(s) with suitable substitutes.     

The warranty does not cover the following but are not limited to: 

Missing, erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced or illegible serial number. 

Damage(s) as a result of unauthorized repair, service or alteration. 

Crystals, straps, batteries, bracelets and bands. 

Water penetration. 

Evidence of damage of any kind that was caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the product or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions and/or guidelines included with your product, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any other factor than a defect in the product’s part or craftmanship.     

If you want to report a damage you have to do that within 60 days from discovering it and within the warranty terms, otherwise the warranty will not be valid.

FORCE MAJEURE 

RYJC AB is relieved from liability for a failure to perform any of its obligations due to any circumstance beyond its immediate control, which impedes, delays, or aggravates any obligation to be fulfilled by RYJC AB under this Agreement, such as changes in laws and regulations or in the interpretation thereof, acts of authorities, war, acts of war, labour disputes, blockades, major accidents, natural disasters and currency restrictions. In order to be released in accordance to this clause RYJC AB shall without delay notify the Costumer.   

COMPLAINTS TERMS   

RYJC AB recommend that you carefully examine your products after receiving them. If you find any visible damage when receiving the product, you must report it to the carrier the same day and then report it to us. If you see the damage after unpacking or it is the wrong product(s), you must report it to us within 14 days.   Send the complaint, including order number, photos and information that might be of interest for the complaint, to support@reyian.com. Normally we will answer within 2 business days.  RYJC AB will, if it is possible, replace the damaged product with a new product of the same model, otherwise you will be refunded. If the returned product is not damaged, RYJC AB will return it to the customer, and will change the costumer for extra handling fee (30 €) and shipment.  Please note that if you return damaged goods to us; you must pack them carefully, responsibility on the product(s) condition is in your hands until we receive them.   

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY 

All trademarks, logos, images and texts are intellectual property. Material published on the website and in other printed formats belongs by RYJC AB or its subsidiaries or licensors and are protected under Intellectual property Rights laws. Any use of our material or its content, including storing or copying content in whole or part, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of RYJC AB.  You agree to indemnify and hold RYJC AB and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from/and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website our products or any willful misconduct on your part.

PERSONAL INFORMATION 

When shopping at the website we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. RYJC AB treats all personal information confidentially. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. RETENTION OF TITLE 

Product(s) remains the property of RYJC AB until the price for the Product(s) has been paid in full.  

FRAUD 

If suspicion arises that an order has been made with a false identity and/or in another person’s name without consent, we will report this to the authorities. The same applies to suspected fraud.     

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES   

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed (to the extent permitted by law) by and construed in accordance with Swedish law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.   

TERMINATION 

If RYJC AB suspects that you have violated these Terms and conditions, RYJC AB reserves the right to, without any prior notice, terminate your account and/or any affiliated use of our website or other channels at our sole discretion.  

AMENDMENTS 

RYJC AB may occasionally alter these Terms and Conditions. When a product is ordered from us, the general conditions in effect at that time will form a contract between the two parties, i.e., RYJC AB and you. Review the terms when able to be updated on the conditions to which you have agreed upon.
